    Blessed seed would be a perfect title for black seeds. My mother told me to use black seed oil for my bloating and gas issues and it worked wonders for me, due to its anti-inflammatory properties, i feel it has greatly improved my digestion and metabolic rate and it has also curbed my cravings and so helped me shed a few pounds.
